Currently in our shared hosting environment users have no <br />
hard limits.  There are of course things you can limit (PHP <br />
memory use, Cron job execution, disk space, bandwidth, etc), <br />
but those aren’t the things users do that will hit where it <br />
hurts. The majority of resource problem stem from CPU use <br />
and from bad MySQL queries or runaway scripts. Currently <br />
when a bad script is in use it can slow down the entire <br />
server until we can locate the bad script or an attacked <br />
site. <br />
