                Blogging for Money in 3 Steps <br />

What do you need in your blog? As I see it, you've got 3 <br />
objectives: to get traffic, to get names and emails to <br />
build a list, and, of course, to make money. Let me show <br />
you how to do this. It's as simple as can be. <br />

Of course, first you'll need a blog. You can sign up to <br />
use Blogger or WordPress. Then you'll need to come up <br />
with some content based around your business or interests. <br />
What do you include? Show your personality, put up some <br />
pictures if you'd like. I recommend writing just as you <br />
speak. Start typing away just as you would talk; keep it <br />
informal. Also, keep in mind what you write now may be on <br />
your blog for years to come and read by others. So you may <br />
also want some posts to be timeless. Just remember that. <br />
You should also write as a personal consultant or expert <br />
on your topic. <br />

Second, create a lead capture form on the home page of <br />
your blog. You can do this by using an email autoresponder <br />
program like GetRepsonse or AWeber. You may have to pay to <br />
sign up but it's worth it . . . definitely worth it. This <br />
helps you manage your list and you can send out emails to <br />
your list whenever you like. It's like putting out an ad <br />
to your customers. It's how you communciate. YOU NEED IT <br />
(in my opinion). Then you just build a relationship with <br />
your list--and offer specials, use affiliate links, <br />
recommend your network marketing business, etc. But <br />
it's a relationship you want. <br />

I guess I'll include a BONUS tip here. When you send out <br />
emails to your list, include those emails on your blog—<br />
and if they're good--you can submit them as articles to <br />
major article directories. I recommend doing this daily. <br />
This will give you some good content and lots of blog <br />
posts in no time. You can do this in about an hour a <br />
day once you get going. <br />

Third, you want to make some money immediately. So what <br />
do you do? You can use Google's AdSense program or a <br />
newer program called AuctionAds. Place this ad code on <br />
your blog so that when people click on the urls you make <br />
a small amount of money. But remember the more traffic <br />
you get the more money you'll be making--it's that simple. <br />
Once you place the code, you're set. I also recommend <br />
placing the code within some of your articles--just <br />
don't overdo it. You still want to maintain a clean <br />
and professional appearance. <br />

A blog is so simple but it's necessary in my opinion. <br />
It serves as part of the foundation of your business. <br />
So use it to create valuable content, to build a <br />
relationship, and to make money. <br />
